The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) congratulates the first batch of passers of the Computer-Assisted Examination (NAPOLCOM CAEx) held last June 29, 2018 at the NAPOLCOM central office in Quezon City.
This was announced by NAPOLCOM Vice-Chairman and Executive Officer Atty. Rogelio T. Casurao as the Commission awarded the Certificates of Eligibility to the successful examinees of the PNP Entrance Examination merely three hours after completing the exam.
Vice-Chairman Casurao added that four (4) out of the ten (10) examinees successfully hurdled the first ever NAPOLCOM CAEx.
The first batch of passers are, to wit: Krys Anne Victoria D. Gonzales, John Mark O. Nicolas, Janssen K. Rodriguez and Mohammad Faizal H. Usman.
“The successful conduct of the first batch of NAPOLCOM CAEx marks another milestone for the Commission in the administration of police examinations. With the automation of the NAPOLCOM examinations, the Commission can eventually provide faster, easier and more efficient examination services to police aspirants who want to dedicate their lives to serve and protect the people and the country,” Casurao said.
Vice-Chairman Casurao reiterates that the next batch of exams will be held on July 6, 13, 20 and 27, 2018 at the NAPOLCOM central office in Quezon City for those who got an appointment through the On-Line Examination Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) in the website www.caex.napolcom.gov.ph which was activated last June 25.
Those with confirmed schedule was sent an auto-generated email informing them to access the on-link and enter all the required information in the application form.
They should personally file their application at the Examination Division One-stop Shop, 7th Floor, DILG-NAPOLCOM Center, EDSA corner Quezon Avenue, Quezon City during their scheduled appointment/examination date. Examination fee is Php 600.00.
Examinees who failed in the NAPOLCOM CAEx shall be allowed to take the same exam after three (3) months.
The PNP Entrance examination is open to all Filipino citizens who are bachelor’s degree holder and not more than 30 years old. Police Officers (PO1) whose appointments are temporary for lack of appropriate eligibility are also required to take the PNP Entrance Examination.
